Systems Engineer

SCCM / SCOM estate / servers / applications / clients support across all Tesco data centers.

To monitor NSM / SCOM portal and work on IR / CR on ICCM tool. To support SCCM / SCOM estate

comfortably end to end across various support areas. Good in SCCM and SCOM with adequate

experience as a member of the incident management team. To resolve moderate (P3 & P4)

incidents effectively in a timely manner. To identify risks that impact quality and/or loss of service.

To provide inputs of top issues to leads and also contribute on reports.

Good at any one Ticketing tool. Willingness to work in shifts. Willingness to stretch to support

major issues / failures. Willingness to support during out of office hours through on call.

Should have 1 year of relevant experience on SCCM and SCOM. Should be good at previous

versions of deployment and management tools. Should have 2 or more years of total experience.

Good technical skills, server knowledge and an ambitious learner.

A Good team player. Good learner. Good ownership.
