Mr. Syed Omer Jaleel (IAS) will assume office as Special Secretary Minority Welfare today, i.e. on Friday, January 16, after Friday Prayers. Earlier Mr. Omer Jaleel was serving as Special Secretary Minority Welfare in Andhra Pradesh government.
Speedy implementation of Minority welfare schemes and improvement in Minority institutions’ performance are nothing short of a challenge for Mr. Omer Jaleel.
Sources say that Mr. Omer Jaleel will review the performance of minority institutions after taking charge of his post and will plan a strategy for speedy implementation of the schemes.
