After being deprived of ticket from TRS and Congress party at eleventh hour, Syed Ibrahim is contesting simultaneously from Mahboob Nagar Lok Sabha and assembly seats as an independent. He said although TRS and Congress have cheated him but with public support he is contesting in the elections.
Mr. Ibrahim said the elections are actually public choice between justice and injustice. He hoped that the people of Mahboob Nagar will elect him with thumping majority. He claimed that people irrespective of religion and community are with him and due to injustice done to him during the past two elections a wave of sympathy towards him prevails among people.
