Osmania University conferred a degree of PhD on Syed Fazil Husain Parvez. Mr. Fazil Husain Parvez completed his research work titled ‘Urdu Sahafat _ Naye Imkanat’ under the supervision of Prof. Fatima Begum Parveen former HoD Dept. of Urdu Arts College Osmania University.
The thesis encompasses past, present and future of Urdu journalism. The research scholar also threw light on effects of print, electronic and social media on Urdu journalism.
Besides Prof. Fatima Begum Parveen, Mr. Syed Fazil Husain Parvez has also thanked Prof. Atiya Begum, Prof. Maimuna Sayeed, Prof. Majeed Bedar, Prof. Tatar Khan and Dr. Sayeed Javeed.
