In a minor reshuffle, the State government on Friday issued a GO transferring four IAS officers and giving them new postings.
D. Vara Prasad, Collector and District Magistrate of Nizamabad district was transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs department for appointment as Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of A.P. State Civil Supplies Corporation in the existing vacancy.
Syed Ali Murtaza Rizvi, Collector & District Magistrate, Krishna district, was transferred and posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Hyderabad, vice N. Gulzar proceeding on study leave.
Dr Christina Z. Chongthu, who was awaiting posting orders, was posted as Collector & District Magistrate of Nizamabad District, vice D. Vara Prasad transferred.
Dr Jyoti Buddha Prakash, Joint Collector & Additional District Magistrate of Kurnool was transferred and posted as Collector & District Magistrate of Krishna district.
