Swiss parliament’s secretary suspended for posting ‘naked’ selfies on Twitter

A woman working as a secretary in the Swiss Parliament has been suspended after she took naked selfies in her office and posted them on Twitter.

The incident has forced the officials to launch an investigation in to the case, the Mirror reported.

However the woman, who gained a following of more than 11,000 followers because of the pics said that she doesn’t think she’s broken any rules by posting the nude pictures, as didn’t violate guidelines for federal employees because they were part of her private life.

The background to some of her shots has been recognized as the 162-year-old Federal Palace in Berne, which is designed by architect Hans Auer, and hosts the two chambers of Swiss government.

A spokesman for the government’s human resources department said he had only learned of the case from a news report and that parliamentary services will have to decide, based on the specific circumstances, whether this case breaches good faith obligations between employer and employee. (ANI)
