Pune, July 20:Leader of Opposition L K Advani today demanded suspension of all official talks with Islamabad until a credible proof of necessary action against perpetrators of the Mumbai terror attack was given to it.
India should seek extradition of all those involved in cross-border terrorism, including Dawood Ibrahim, who has been given shelter in Pakistan, he said at a function to release Marathi translation of his autobiography “My country, My Life” here.
“For the first time in the history of India’s diplomatic engagement with Pakistan, the Indian side has allowed Pakistan to mention Baluchistan in a formal statement and that too in such a way that India is made to look like the sponsor of terrorism there and also in other areas,” he said.
Advani claimed that Pakistan had thus succeeded “with Indian government’s help” to project itself as a victim of “India-sponsored terrorism”.
