Sushant-Kriti have amazing chemistry: Varun

Mumbai; Actor Varun Sharma is all praise for his “Raabta” co-stars Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon and says the duo share a great chemistry in the film.

“Raabta” is an upcoming love story, which marks Dinesh Vijan’s directorial debut.

Talking about his experience while filming the movie, the “Fukrey” actor told PTI, “The whole experience was great.

I really enjoyed working with Sushant and Kriti. They have an amazing chemistry. Dinesh, who is our director, is a very sorted guy. His vision is mindblowing.”

There have been reports that Sushant and Kriti have been dating since they began working on “Raabta” last year. The pair, however, has constantly refuted the reports.

While the 26-year-old actor has worked with Kriti in superstar Shah Rukh Khan-starrer “Dilwale”, this is the first time he worked with Sushant and the young actor was left impressed by his talent.

“Sushant is an an amazing actor. The way he improvises, gets into the skin of the character. Once you’ve become the character, you start behaving like that. So the improvisations happen naturally.

It is my second film with Kriti, so the bond, the camaraderie was very strong. It was easy to work with her,” he said.

“Raabta” is set to release on February 10, 2017. The actor is also excited for the sequel of the hit “Fukrey”.

The 2013 coming of age comedy was directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and also featured Pulkit Samrat, Ali Fazal and Richa Chadda.

“The anticipation of the audience is huge. Wherever I go people ask when are we starting the film, what is it about. As an actor, when you debut with a film like Fukrey and it has clicked well, it feels great,” he said.

Set in Delhi, “Fukrey” chronicled the story of four friends who come together to make easy money.

When asked if the film will begin from where it ended, Varun said, “I can’t reveal much about the film though but it is a very exciting project.

“We all are excited for it because people still talk about Fukrey. There are expectations. But the film is going to be fun.
