On credible information, a Surprise check was conducted on the Integrated Check Post, Purushottapuram, Itchapuram Mandal, Srikakulam District during the early hours of Dec 29. An amount of Rs.1,30,750 (Rupees one lack, thirty thousand, seven hundred and fifty only) which was illegally collected by the staff of Integrated Check Post, Purushottapuram was seized along with the connected records.
