Suravaram slams Modi for failing to bring back black money stashed in foreign countries

Alleging that the BJP-led NDA government was adopting “anti-people” policies, CPI general secretary Suravaram Sudhakar Reddy has lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi stating that the latter’s government has utterly failed to bring back the black money from foreign countries.

Speaking to the media here on Saturday, Suravaram alleged that attacks were going on against Dalits by the “Go Rakshaks” and demonetization of big notes was a ‘corporate bomb’ on the people of the nation.  Demanding that the Centre allow circulation of old notes, Suravaram lamented that some leaders were describing those who speak against demonetization of big notes as terrorists and betrayers. He said the CPI will observe November 28 as ‘Akrosh Diwas’ protesting against the demonetization of big notes.

Suravaram expressed his deep condolences on the demise of Cuba revolutionary legend Fidel Castro. He said Castro fought against the atrocities and was a role model to the youth of the world. (NSS)
