New Delhi: Supreme court said if there is no violence and stone pelting, the court will ask the government to stop the usage of pellet guns. It also asked the students to return to their classes on Friday.

Chief Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar, Justice D.Y. Chandrachud and Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul told that if J&K Bar Association will help to try in ceasing the violence and providing the solutions, they will ask the government to not to use pallet guns.

“If you suggest something within the framework of Constitution, we will assure you there will be a dialogue,” the Chief Justice added, a Telangana Today report claimed.

“You must first tell us what you will do. Then we will direct the government. If you keep throwing stones, how will it work?” the court said.

The court gave time to the Bar association for coming with some positive suggestions to deal with the current situation in Kashmir. While Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi said they were even doubting the accession of Jammu and Kashmir to India.
