(Siasat News)Supersonic BrahMos cruise missile is successfully test fired from the Integrated Test Range at Chandipur
It was test-fired from Launch Complex-3 at 10.30 am.
Defence sources said the cruise missile was test-fired from a ground mobile launcher from the launch complex-3 at about 10.30 a.m. and all data is being retrieved for analysis.
ITR director M.V.K.V. Prasad said that the missile was tested successfully meeting all mission objectives.
The 8.4 meter-long missiles are capable of flying at 2.8 times the speed of sound.
