Sunita demands re-opening of Paritala Ravi’s murder case

TDP leader and Rapthadu MLA Paritala Sunitha on Sunday hoped that her party’s government in Andhra Pradesh would reopen the murder case of her husband and former minister Paritala Ravi.

Speaking to media persons here, Sunita alleged that nearly 200 TDP workers were murdered in Anantapur district after the Congress came to power in 2004. She suspected the involvement of former Chief Minister late Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy and his son and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy behind her husband’s murder. She said that Partila Ravi’s family and supporters would urge upon the new Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu to reopen the case. (INN)
