Mumbai, July 28: She is hot, sexy and one of the glamourous woman of Bollywood. From gymming right to eating a mix of foods, here’s how she looks her best. She pours her heart out to DNA.

I do light weights thrice a week, yoga and swimming twice a week. Resting twice a week and giving my body a break is a must for me. I lost of weight by swimming in the sea in Greece. I train hard and I eat small meals five times a day. I start my day with a bowl of oats and a cup of tea. My lunch compromises of two rotis, brown rice, salad and some vegetables.

At 4am I have a lot of dates and dry fruits. At 6pm I eat a bowl of fruits and head to the gym. Post gymming I have grilled fish and vegetables.

My relationship with God is that of a friend because I can always tell Him everything and speak out to Him — someone whom I can confide in. I make time to enhance my
special bond that I share with Him.
