New Delhi, December 31: An 18-year-old girl allegedly attempted suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling on Thursday night in the Nihal Vihar area of west Delhi.
The victim has alleged that a youth, identified as Jeet (20), in the neighborhood had morphed her pictures and shared with his friends, prompting her to take the extreme step. Cops have registered a case of abetment to suicide and under the IT Act.
