Union Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu has said that Agriculture sector was facing severe crisis in India, and opined that farmers have to understand that suicides were not the solution to the problems.
Speaking to the media here on Sunday, Venkaiah said that the Central government would stand by the side of the farmers. The NDA government was striving hard to develop the nation in all sectors.
Stating that people across the nation were rejecting the Congress party, Venkaiah said that the government would pre-pone the Parliament winter session in case the Congress and its alliance parties agrees. There was a need to accept the GST Bill before April next. The government has changed the GST Bill totally.
Stating that the opposition parties have to respect the peoples’ verdict, Venkaiah exuded confidence that the BJP will win the Bihar Assembly elections. (NSS)
