Hyderabad, January 23 (INN): As per the assurance given earlier, Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has approved the enhancement of subsidy to physically challenged persons on par with SCs and Sts from Rs 3000 to Rs 30,000 under self employment schemes.
According to a media release issued by the Chief Minister’s Office here on Sunday, earlier only 3,500 beneficiaries were given subsidy per annum. Now with this tremendous enhancement of subsidy, the number of beneficiaries will also be enhanced soon. It will be a boon to the physically challenged persons by the Chief Minister, the CMO said.
