London, Nov.22 : Barcelona forward Luis Suarez scored twice to help his side thrash Real Madrid 4-0 in their La Liga clash on Saturday.
Saurez put his side ahead in the eleventh minute of the game before Neymar doubled the lead in the 39th minute, the Guardian reported.
In the 53rd minute of the match, midfielder Andres Iniesta blasted the third goal into the top corner followed by Saurez’s another goal to make it 4-0 against the hosts.
With the win, Barcelona have now climbed up to the second spot ahead of Real in league standings, with 27 wins from the 38 games which they have played.
Barcelona will next lock horns with Real Sociedad on November 28, while Real will play against Eibar on November 29. (ANI)
