London : Barcelona forward Luis Suarez believes that his side have the required quality to be crowned as the winners of the Champions League again following their comfortable 2-0 win against Arsenal in the first leg of the last-16 clash at Emirates Stadium.
Describing Barcelona as the ‘best team in the world,’ Suarez said that the defending champions were extremely ambitious and that they want to carry on winning trophies for the Spanish giants.
The 29-year-old, however, urged his side to become more focused on achieving their goals and warned his side that they still had one more game against Arsenal in order to advance to the quarterfinals.
“We know that we have taken advantage but you never know what could happen in Champions League games. Arsenal are fighting to win the Premier League and they have players who can make differences in the second leg,” Suarez was quoted as saying by goal.com.
It was star striker Lionel Messi who scored two late goals to help Barcelona sank Arsene Wenger’s side 2-0.
The two sides will now play in the second leg of the last-16 tie on March 17. (ANI)
