Hyderabad, July 06: Everything in Quran is mentioned briefly. Its details and explanations are found in hadith. Acquisition of hadith knowledge in the childhood is like carved writings on the stone. Knowledge of hadith is the crux of all Islamic Knowledge.
It is the exegecy of the Quran, it is the root of Islamic jurisprudence and the origion of Islamic mysticism. Prophet Mohammed (SAWS) told that anyone who listened to my hadith, learnt it by heart and communicated to others, will be fresh and healthy.
These thoughts were expressed by Dr. Mufti Mohammed Mastan Ali Quadri while teaching the last lesson of hadith from Bukhari Shareef at Jamiatul – Mominath. Ms. Rizwana Zarreen principal presided over the function. She said that Imam Bukhari was unique in the study of hadith.
