Over hundred students on Friday staged a protest against Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi’s visit here to give a speech at the Madras University campus.
Modi is scheduled to give a lecture organised by Palkhivala Foundation at the Centenary auditorium in the University of Madras this evening.
He is also scheduled to release a book authored by BJP leader Arun Shourie ‘Self-Deception: India China Policies.’
