Students need not worry about fees reimbursement – Tells N.S.U.I.

Students organization of Congress Party National Students Union of India told the students and their parents that they need not worry about the fees reimbursement scheme. Govt. won’t put any financial burden on them.

The organization contradicted that some leaders of National Students Union of India have joined TDP in the presence of Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu.

Talking to newsmen at Gandhi Bhavan yesterday, Mr. Rajiv Ratan, President of N.S.U.I. A.P. Unit told that he met Mr. N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, CM of A.P. and apprised him of the unrest of the students. CM has assured that he would protect the interests of the students and hence there is no need for the students and their parents to worry.

He told that blood donation camps would be organized in all the districts on the occasion of Rajiv Gandhi’s birthday.

He also said that Congress Govt. has formulated certain welfare programmes for women and students.

Commenting on TDP, he said that it is a sinking boat. Its leaders are joining other political parties in search of their better political career. Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu has utterly failed to perform the role of constructive opposition leader.
