SSC students are pleased with the new SSC examination pattern. The students who were apprehensive about the difficulty level of the question paper found it easier than expected.
The SSC examinations in Telangana began on Wednesday. On the first day, several students who appeared for the first language paper said overwhelmingly that they could complete the examination well before the deadline as question paper was very simple and general.
The 15 minutes’ extra time given to understand the question paper was of immense help, said a student. Many parents felt that the new pattern of examination has tested the analytical skills of the students.
While 71,567 students were supposed to take the examination in the city, 975 were recorded as absent. On the first day of the examination, flying squads caught seven students for indulging in malpractices, three each in Mahbubnagar and Adilabad districts, and one in Nizamabad.
