Acting on a tip- off, police officers from the Neb Sarai police station in South Delhi laid a trap and caught Akshay ( 19) and Nitin ( 21) in a Honda City car. The duo failed to produce the papers of the car and on interrogation it was found the car had been stolen, the police said.
