A 17-year-old student set ablaze herself after parents scolded her when she refused to do house work.
According to Malakpet police, the deceased M Bhavani (17) an student D/o Lingaiah of Salimnagar Malakpet committed suicide by setting herself on July 30, immediately rushed to OGH for treatment where she was died on Sunday early hours while undergoing treatment the police said.
Deceased parents told the police that the girl got angry after they scolded her when she refused to do the house work and not listen for her mother words.
Malakpet police registered a case and dead body shifted to OGH Mortuary for postmortem, after autopsy deceased body handed over to her parents. Sub Inspector Ch Tirumalesh said. (INN)
