The struggle for Telangana would continue till a separate State is formed.
The disunity among the leaders supporting Telangana Movement is hindering the efforts for separate Telangana.
These thoughts were expressed in a round table conference convened by Telangana Praja Front yesterday. The meeting was convened to consider ways and means to intensify Telangana Stir.
Mr. Hamid Mohamemd Khan(MPJ) Mr. Khaja Moinuddin,Mr. Devi Prasad (TNGO) Prof. Chukka Ramaiah, MLC, Mr. Venkat Reddy, Mr. Sameer Khan, Mr. Sambasiva Rao, Prof. Rakesh (NALSAR) Mr. Bhoomaiah, President of Telangana Praja Front, Mr. M. Ved Kumar, Vice President of TPF, Mr. Sanaullah Khan, Secretary, Pujari Narsing Rao,M.r N.Krishna, Mr. Ch. Prabhakar and other leaders attended the conference.
Addressing the conference, Mr. Hamid Mohammed Khan congratulated TPF for organizing the Round Table conference. He advised that for the success of Telangana Movement, patience is essential. He told that the decisions taken under emotional conditions could lead to disastrous consequences. He appealed to all the leaders who are supporting the cause of Telangana to come to a common platform.
Mr. Devi Prasad assured all help from Telangana N.G.O’s. Captain Paduranga Reddy rejected the advice tendered by TPF for boycotting elections. He told that by gathering political strength only Telangana could be achieved. He appealed to Telangana Ministers, M.P’s and MLA’s to resign.
Prof. Rakesh requested Prof. Kodandaram to save Telangana Movement from falling prey to inaction. He told that the leaders are not taking any action they are only talking.
