Stress to decide T-issue before winter session-further delay harmful for Congress-Azad

Hyderabad, October 29: A meeting of Congress Core Committee was held at the residence of Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh which lasted for 1hour.Mr.Chidambaram stressed the need to consider electoral reforms.

Mr. Gulam Nabi Azad,incharge of A.P affairs presented a report that normallcy has been restored in Telangana area as the Govt employees have called off their strike. He stressed the need to take a decision on
Telangana before the commencement of winter session of the Parliment.

All the members of Core Committee agreed to take a “final decision” in the next meeting to be convened before the commencement of winter session of the Parliment.
