To stop cow slaughter teams constituted

Fifteen Hindu religious leaders including one MLA of the city held a special meeting “Vishal Gow Raksha Garjana” from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. in Begum Bazar. The meeting was attended by 300 Hindu youths. They were instructed to adopt violent means to stop cow slaughter. The speakers made violent speeches and constituted various teams, like Legal team, Liaison team with police officials, cow protection team, Gowshala team, Political team, Recovery team, Social Media team etc. Every team will consists of 15 members. They were instructed to be present 24 hours at all the five check post around the city. If they find any big animal, seize it immediately. They were also instructed to take rounds in the streets of the city and search for cows. If they find any cow, take its photograph with house number and send it to control room which the Hindu activists have formed. The city MLA who was present in the meeting told the youngsters that they should not hesitate to sacrifice their lives for protecting “Gaw Matha” because it is a virtue. A speaker from the neighboring state made a violent speech in which he said that anyone who eats beef will not be allowed to stay in India. The city MLA gave his cell phone number and instructed the teams to inform him if they find any incident of cow slaughter. Another religious leader who is also an advocate told that in the year 2013, 129 cases were booked by the police.

In this manner the minds of the youths are being polluted against the Muslims. Police officials and law enforcing agencies should take necessary steps to curb such illegal activates if the peaceful atmosphere of the city is disrupted its responsibility will be on police and the government. Most of the participants of the meeting were the settlers of others states. They were the organizers of this meeting. They are posing a challenge to the Government.
