The stock of food grains of Dargah Hazrat Jahangir Peeran was auctioned on Friday. This time one Mohammed Khaja bought it for Rs 67.5 lakh. Last year the food grain was bought for Rs 66 lakh.
The procedure was carried out at Waqf Board office. On the occasion Waqf Baord chairman Maulana Syed Khusro Pasha, CEO Abdul Hameed and Shadnagar MLA C Pratap Reddy were present. 150 persons residing near Dargah Hazrat Jahangir Peeran were also present.
It must be noted that Dargah Hazrat Jahangir Peeran has 125 acre Waqf land under it.
