Steve Smith breaks Bradman’s record of highest runs in Test series by Aussie against India

Australia Test skipper Steve Smith has surpassed the batting legends Don Bradman and Ricky Ponting record to become the highest run getter by an Australian in a four Test series against India.

With Smith scoring a knock of 71 in the second innings in Sydney Test, he accumulated a massive 769 runs in the ongoing four matches Test series against India, thus surpassing Ponting’s mark of 706 runs and Bradman’s record of 715, News.com.au reported.
