Medical Education Minister Kondru Murali Mohan on Saturday informed the State Legislative Council that steps were being take to establish Homoeo Medical Institutes in the State.
Replying to a question raised by Congress MLC Mohammad Jani during Question Hour, the minister said that the institutes would be set up with an amount of Rs 250 crore under the 12th Five Year Plan of the Planning Commission. He said that the AP Homoeo Doctors Association has been requested to come out with a project proposal to address Government of India in this regard. The project report is awaited from the Association, he said. (INN)
