State Syllabus of Asif Jahi period applauded

The Syllabus of the students during Asif Jahi period was exemplary which included Urdu, Telugu and English. After the formation of A.P. State, the syllabus of Telangana was changed. The historical events of Telangana were removed from the syllabus. By revising the syllabus, the civilization of Telangana could be revived which was a golden period.

While addressing 94th Colloquium of Telangana Resource Center, most of the speakers representing educational, social and political fields said this.

Mr. R. Venkat Reddy, in his presidential address told that more than one crore people of Telangana region are deprived of education and 40 lakh children are weak due to not getting good food. In order to bridge this gap children of Telangana should be given food which in protein and vitamins. Mr. Sayeed Arif, Mr. P. Yadgiri, Prof. T. Tirumali, Ms. K. Sujaya, Ms. G. Shymala, Mr. Sharad Babu and others participated in the colloquium and stressed the need to include moral education in the syllabus.
