Hyderabad: A state-owned RTC bus accident in Jagital district on Tuesday led to the death of 15 passengers while remaining 20 passengers are reported injured according to officials.
The RTC bus was returning from Kondagattu to Jagital when the mishap happened leading it to skid off the road and falling into the valley, DC reported.
As many as 40 passengers are reported to have been travelling in the bus when the mishap occurred.
“The incident happened between 11.45 am and noon. At least 15 people have died in the mishap…20 others were injured and they have been shifted to different hospitals,” Jagtial District Collector A Sharat told.
