State Minority Commission has taken serious note of death of Shaikh Mustafa who was burnt by military men inside Mehdipatnam garrison and slapped notices to Deputy Commissioner of police west zone and circle inspector Humayun Nagar. The commission also directed to be present at the commission meeting on October 18 and brief the details.
Commission Chairman Mr. Abid Rasool Khan issued the notice and directed police officials to produce dying declaration of the boy, statement of eye witnesses, report received by district collector and the report of the proceedings of the case.
Commission chairman informed that a case has been registered by State Minority Commission which will be heard on October 20 at 11 am in a commission meeting.
