State Govt. employees get 27% I.R.

(Siasat News) Govt. of A.P. has decided to provide 27% Interim Relief w.e.f. 01-01-2014. (2) days back in a meeting held under the Chairmanship of Mr. A. Ramnarayan Reddy, Finance Minister, Govt. had offered 22% Interim Relief which the Govt. employees rejected. Yesterday a meeting was held under the Chairmanship of CM of A.P. Mr. N. Kiran Kumar Reddy which continue for 3½ hours.

At the end of the meeting, talking to newsmen Mr. N. Kiran Kumar Reddy said that 27% interim relief will be given to state Govt. employees, he also said that for the first time in the history of the state maximum interim relief has been provided to the employees. This is incur an additional expenditure of Rs. 1920 crore to the Govt. It will benefit 9.5 lakh state Govt. employees and 5.5 lakh pensioners.

Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy applauded the functioning of State Govt. Employees and said that they are the part of the Govt. he assured that issues relating to health card will be sorted out in (3) days. He informed that the revenue of the state has decreased.
