Minister of Women and Child Welfare, Ms. V. Sunitha Laxma Reddy informed that the employees working in Rural areas for the eradication of poverty under Indira Kranti Padakam program will get their salaries increased. The GoM recommended to pay Rs. 2000 to these workers. They will also get Health Cards upto Rs. 2 lakh
