Highlighting the need to increase the greenery area, in the state, the Minister of forest and environment Jogo Ramanna on Monday said that, there is need to bring out major changes in the existing forest law.
He told the media that “we are working on all possible domains in order to achieve the objective.
He instructed the officers to book non-bailable cases on the offenders in order to save the forest .
He also said that all vacancies would be fill soon to ensure the proper working to achieve the set objectives.
