Giving a call to Dalitha Hakkula Porata Samithi (DHPS) to go to the people extensively and know their problems, CPI state secretary Chada Venkat Reddy has alleged that the state and central governments’ policies were destroying the constitution.
Addressing a state level workshop of DHPS held at Maqdhoom Bhavan here on Sunday under the chairmanship of DHPS state general secretary Barigela Sailu, Chada alleged that the policies of the governments were creating fear among the secularists. The state and central governments have failed to control the attacks on daliths and minorities, he said and asked Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, who was reminding imperialistic rule, to tell as to what he has done for the Daliths.
He alleged that the KCR government was deceiving daliths by not giving three acre land to them and diverting the SC, ST Sub-plan funds to other schemes. He alleged that the present governments were destroying the Legislative Houses, governance and judiciary system, against the spirit of constitution. He stressed the need of establishment of United Front Alliance. CPI leaders Narsimha, Balanarsimha, Barigela Sailu, K Yesuratnam, Prabhakar, P Gelvaiah, Ganesh and others participated in the workshop. (NSS)
