The Government of India has directed that the persons belonging to the cadre of the State Secretariat comprising all departments, serving in connection with the affairs of the existing state of Andhra Pradesh, shall serve provisionally on and from June 2 in connection with the affairs of the State of Telangana until further orders.
The Government has ordered that the employees of the Secretariat departments shall serve provisionally on and from June 2 in connection with the affairs of the State of Telangana until further orders from the Government of India.
The order shall not confer any right on these persons in respect of their final allocation and the Government of India may finally allocate them to the any of the successor States in accordance with the provisions of the Act and guidelines framed. (NSS)
