State BJP vows to strive for T development

Telangana BJP has declared that it would work for development of Telangana State.

Speaking on the occasion of second Telangana Formation Day celebrations at Sthe tate BJP office here today by hoisting national flag, State BJP chief Dr K Laxman said separate Telangana dream was realized due to support of BJP. He said BJP was the only national party, which always supported separate state for Telangana. It was historic fact that the dream has become true and “You cannot see Telangana without BJP”, Laxman added. He also demanded that the State government celebrate September  17 officially, otherwise the party would lead the program and celebrate the day across the State as Telangana Liberation Day.

Speaking on the occasion, former president of the state party and now party floor leader in Telangana Assembly G Kishan Reddy said the party would strive for development of the state as it has contributed duringTelangana agitation.

            A large number of State party leaders and workers, including MLC A Ramachander Rao, ex-president N Indrasen Reddy, GHMC president Venkat Reddy and others attended the program. Earlier, the party leaders went to Telangana martyr memorial and paid tribute to martyrs. Khairtabad MLA Chintala Ramachandra Reddy and others were also present there. (NSS)
