Standard and Quality cooking guarantees healthy life-Zahid Ali Khan

It was like a feast at Sana Garden opposite Sardar Mahal near Charminar yesterday. It seem as if all the roads of the city ended at Charminar were Mr. Zahid Ali Khan Editor of Siasat inaugurated the cooking classes organized in collaboration with Radisson Blue Plaza Hotel powered by Freedom Sunflower Refined Oil. This cookery show was more than a success. More than 1500 women participated in the program for which elaborate arrangements were made at Sana Garden Function Hall.

Mr. Zahid Ali Khan told that these cookery classes are one of the popular programs of the Siasat Urdu Daily which is reaching the Zeenith of Popularity. These training classes would be organized as usual. Mr. Zahid Ali Khan revealed that Siasat Urdu Daily has been able to get the recipes of Asif Jahi period which would be compiled soon in book form. Although 860 recipes have been formed in a vague manner but Siasat Urdu Daily making an attempt to publish at least 100 recipes in Urdu and English. It is likely to be published before Ramazan. The peoples of the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad will be able to relish these old royal dishes soon. He told that Siasat Urdu Daily has always been on the forefront to encourage woman and it is engaged in empowering them. Mr. Vijay Tennti, General Manager Daspalla Hotel applauded the efforts of Siasat Urdu Daily for conducting cookery classes on a large scale. In this connection he termed the efforts of Mr. Zahid Ali Khan unforgettable. He also said that Daspilla Hotel is also conducting a program like this in collaboration with Department of Tourism so that Talented and skilled staff are made available for Hotel Management Activities. He expressed his surprise that a large number of women are participating in the program. Mr. Chandershaker, sponsor and Vice President of Freedom Sunflower Oil was the Chief Guest of the program. He also applauded the efforts of Siasat Urdu Daily in making women skilled in various walks of life and told that from freedom oil there will be fullest corporation for this program. Mr. Srinivas General Manager and Mr. Ragunandhan, Marketing Manager of Ashoka Hotel also praised the efforts of Siasat Urdu Daily. Mr. Swamy Nandhan, Executive Chef and Miss Neha Mishra, Marketing Manager, Radison Blue Plaza Hotel also expressed their views on this occasion. Later Mr. Mohd Osman, Mr. Mohd Qamer Uddin (Chefs) and Mr. Raju Mahra presented practical demonstration of cookery. They showed the cooking methods of Sandwich, Salad, Fish and Chips, grilled vegetable, Murghdhan Maherunnisa, Kawab Murgh Handi, Vegetarian Kawab etc.they also showed the methods of preparation Banana Milk shake and Kiwi Mango. In today program various recipes of Thialand and China would be introduced.Chefs Dawalama(China), Chef Tapin Rana(Thailand) will give practical demonstration of cookery under the supervision of Executive chef Mr. Swami Nandhan. The Participants are requested to reach Sana Garden by 10.00 a.m. At the end of cookery classes prizes would be given by TMC(Trimunal Music Center) and other sponsors.
