SSC old syllabus students deprived of exams – Mr. Zahid Ali Khan to represent

Hyderabad: Govt. of Telangana abruptly discontinued the system of supplementary examination for SSC failed candidates. They have been advised to write open school examination.

It may be noted that the examination fees for SSC is Rs. 100 whereas for open school, Rs. 1500-4000 are being collected. More than 50000 students who failed SSC last year did not remit examination fees. They are unaware of these new regulations.

A delegation of students and their parents met Mr. Zahid Ali Khan, Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily yesterday and made a request to represent the matter to the Govt. for allowing them to write SSC examination according to the old syllabus.

Mr. Zahid Ali Khan assured the students that he would write to Mr. K. Sri Hari, Dy. CM who is also incharge of Education Department requesting him to do justice to the SSC failed candidates. The students belonging to Asafia School, Royal Embassy School and other schools met Mr. Zahid Ali Khan.
