MUMBAI: On the release day of Ranbir Kapoor’s Sanju, veteran actor Rishi Kapoor shared a throwback photo of Bollywood stars such as Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan, Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar reminding the world about Sanju’s ‘early promotion.’
In the throwback picture, which Rishi captioned, “These people been promoting the film ever since,” we can see the actors holding posters in support of their industry friend Sanjay Dutt that reads: “SANJU…WE’RE WITH U” printed on them.

Sanjay Dutt was arrested under TADA in 1993 in connection with the Mumbai bomb blast case and Bollywood supported the actor’s through his ups and downs with the law.
The Sanjay Dutt biopic titled ‘Sanju‘ hit the theaters on Friday starring Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Vicky Kaushal, Karishma Tanna and Dia Mirza in pivotal roles.
