New Delhi, Nov.30 : Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan on Monday avoided a question on Aamir Khan’s statement on intolerance in the country and said he would prefer to talk about something else.
“We will talk about something else,” Khan told the media here.
Replying to reporters question on debate in the Parliament on rising intolerance in the country Khan said, “you better ask them.”
Khan was in the national capital for an event on road safety campaign, where he said since the number of cars have escalated in the national capital, proper infrastructure needs to be developed adding that it is important to educate young children about proper road safety measures.
Bollywood actor Aamir Khan was recently under the eye of a storm over his comments about growing intolerance in the country, after said he was”alarmed” by a number of incidents, and that his wife Kiran Rao even suggested that they should probably leave the country.
He later on clarified that neither him nor his wife Kiran, have any intention of leaving the country as he is proud to be an Indian.(ANI)
