Senior IAS officer Sri Lakshmi on Thursday surrendered before the CBI special court which has put her on judicial remand till March 25.
Sri Lakshmi, who is accused in the OMC illegal mining case, has moved a petition seeking extension of her interim bail on medical grounds. That case has been posted to March 25. The CBI has contended that she has no health problem and she is fine. The court has asked for full medical report on her health by Osmania and Gandhi Hospital doctors. The court directed the CBI to submit the report on March 25. (INN)
