Hyderabad, May 06: The Sri Krishna committee, appointed by the Centre to examine the situation in Andhra Pradesh over the Telangana issue, would hold consultations with various groups here for two days from tomorrow.
B N Sri Krishna, Chairman of the committee, and other members would arrive here tomorrow and hold consultations with the intellectuals and other groups from Telangana, coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema in the next two days, official sources said.
‘Telangana Jagruti’, a cultural outfit run by TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao’s daughter Kavita, is one of the associations meeting the committee members.
The committee members would hold consultations with major parties like ruling Congress and major opposition TDP later this month.
V K Duggal, member-secretary of the Sri Krishna committee, arrived here tonight.
