Hyderabad: CM of TS, Mr. KCR appointed Mr. Sriclhar Rao Deshpande, former Dy. Chief engineer of irrigation Dept. as Officer on duty (OSD) to CM for irrigation projects.
He has been serving irrigation Dept. Since 1987. He was incharge of commissioner Godavari Basin later Mr. KCR had taken him during his Visits to Kaleshwaram and other projects .
He actively participated in Telangana Movement right from its beginning in 2001.
He wrote books in Telangana and English Also.
