JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for handling Installations, Monitoring, Configurations, Maintenance and Trouble shooting of Network environment by meeting the customer expectations within the timelines.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Attending the calls allocated by helpdesk and daily updation to the helpdesk on the same and adheres to the support process.
Responsible for the customer accounts allocated by the reporting manager and ensure the SLA/Commitment are met.
Resolving Problems of all Network configurations.
Administration and Maintenance of the Network based environment or any network related issues as per the clients requirement.
Meet the customer requirements and resolve the issues within the timelines by ensuring customer satisfaction.
Administration and Management of Cisco Switches, Routers, Firewall management.
Configurations of Cisco IPSEC/GRE VPN.
Providing remote infrastructure support and configuration of VPN.
Troubleshooting and resolving complex customer network problems across a broad range of technologies.
Handling engineering solutions for the firm’s growing, highly-resilient network infrastructure.
Handling VoIP, QoS, and IP Telephony technologies.
