Description for “Sr.Manager Digital Marketing”

Duties & Responsibilities:

Establishment of an Internet and online marketing plan aligned with broader demand generation and thought leadership initiatives for the company
Identification of optimal mix of online marketing activities including SEO, SCM, PPC, email campaigns, social media campaigns and mobile marketing initiatives
Building of appropriate metrics and KPIs for online marketing function with focus on web analytics reporting including website traffic and email campaign demand generation results (opens, bounce rate, etc.)
Analyze and report program performance; provide recommendations and results for improvement
Stringent quality control over execution of quality of online, email and mobile campaigns and to ensure appropriate brand communication and representation
Work closely with the broader marketing team, product management and the sales organization to determine optimal mix of programs and content required to deliver maximum effect.
Close collaboration with the Sales organization and broader marketing team to collect feedback and incorporate compelling business trends and opportunities into existing plans
Utilization of best-in-class email marketing and web-based demand generation trends in plans and activities
Management of outside agencies as required

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA in Marketing from a reputed Institute
Deep understanding of best-in-class online and mobile demand generation and lead nurturing practices
7+ years of marketing and marketing program/ demand generation experience
Understanding of core online marketing metrics, web analytics and reporting, and list management
Familiarity with Marketing Automation Software and email marketing tools
Understanding of software and technology sales processes and cycles
Experience with India and SMB market and marketing products and / or services to these organizations
Preferred industry verticals: SaaS software, e-commerce, marketing/advertising, mobile.

Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills
Ability to be a Self starter.
Highly organized and detail-oriented
