He should have knowledge & experience of HVAC system/ Process engineering.
The Engineer is required to possess prior Pharmaceutical industry experience.
The Engineer would be required to
take care of Day to day Mechanical, Piping & HVAC activities at site.
Will involve direct supervision of Mechanical & HVAC contractors.
He will have to supervise HVAC contractors team
& all safety personnels at site.
He should have an experience in checking HVAC measurements &
contractors bills.
Engineer would be required to take care of Installation & Commissioning of
all Utility & Process equipments.
Engineer would be required to analyse & evaluate all the Drawings before release of same to site for execution.
He would be required to coordinate with Consultants & Project teams on daily basis.
Will have to make & monitor daily progress records at site.
Will also involve travelling to certain extent for various coordination meetings
at Consultants office & Head office.
Will have to do the technical evaluation of the Bids and check the specifications of all the items to be installed at site.
Will have to define the Job safety analysis of all the jobs to be executed at site along with Risk assessment for the same.
Will have to define the Method statements for all the jobs which are being carried out at site.
He is required to be proactively involved into the expedition of activities at site.
He is required to have working knowledge of Autocad & Microsoft Project.
He should be well versed with various standards of Mechanical Engineering, ASME & ASTMA guidelines.
Engineer is required to be well versed into Purified water system with knowledge of Pure steam generator & Water for Injection.
Injectable process equipment, PMP and breakdown maintenance.
